- My orders: you can check the status of all pending, completed or cancelled orders
- My offers: you can check any time your offers and status
- My wish list: you have the possibility to save any favorite article on your wish list from the main article page.
- Invite a friend: allows you to share with your friends
SHOPPING WITH US
- Choose a category or designer from the top navigation menu.
- You can also search for a specific sub-category.
- Once the page is open you can choose to accurate your search by scrolling on the right side.
- When you have selected your item, select the size (if applicable) and click “add to cart”
- You may proceed with checkout when you are done shopping.

These boutiques have been personally selected and visited by TCS founder and her commercial team. We aim to create a close relationship with each Boutique owner and work hand in hand for the one and only aim: THE SATISFACTION OF OUR CUSTOMERS
A team of specialist of luxury brands lovers as well as freelance experts will evaluate each piece to confirm authenticity before sending it to you.

We once more use this world leader in secure online payments, whose fraud prevention system is among one of the most effective on the market. PayPal allows payments by credit cards or by connectingyourself to your own Paypal account. PayPal ensures the confidentiality of your banking informations. Paypal enables you to pay using your credit card, debit card or bank account. On the online payment page, click on the Paypal icon and you will be re-directed directly to their secure platform where you can make your payment safely and easily.
Wire transfer:
You can pay by wire transfer for orders over 5000 US$. Be aware that some banks charge a fee for wire transfers. If you decide to pay by wire, email accountancy@thechicselection.com
SHIPPING, CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Each article bought on The Chic Selection transits by our offices:
- In Europe: for purchases made from European stores, each article transits by our European office registered under The Chic Service in Brussels Belgium. The Chic Service is acting on behalf of The Chic Selection Inc. for all the European logistics, authentication and expedition of all European articles.
- In the USA, our Miami headquarters team is in charge of the authentication and expedition of the articles purchased from American stores.
RETURN AND REFUND
All our sales are final.
You can’t return an article unless:
- The Merchant agrees to it
- You are convinced that the article purchased is not authentic
- Received the wrong article
Returning the items:
- DO NOT remove the tags or stickers attached to the items. The items should be returned the same way it was shipped in order for our team to review it. If tags are removed, we will not accept the return.
- If there is something wrong with the item, it should stay in the same condition as sent, so our team can identify the problem.
- A return label will be provided in case of a return.
Payment:
- All eligible returns will be refunded using the same form of payment that was originally used to make the purchase.
- Refunds cannot be used to make another purchase. The refund transaction needs to be completed per item.
